TrapezeTrapeze yoga is a suspension yoga system that targets back pain, core strength, functional upper body mobility, and promotes balance. Increase your flexibility in this unique and fun class.
This is not a mat yoga class. 60 minutes | beginner friendly Pilates Yoga Fusion Pilates and Yoga are beautiful compliments to each other! This class provides an interesting blend of strengthening, lengthening movement, mindful breathing, and energizing renewal.
60 minutes | beginner friendly gentle yoga flowGentle yoga classes are a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students.
60 minutes | beginner friendly Vinyasa FLow Vinyasa yoga centers on connecting breath to movement. Through a sequence of yoga poses, we combine flexibility and strength as we build your upper body, lower body and core.

Hatha FusionHatha Fusion links the postures practiced in a traditional Hatha class with sequences of movements that “flow” with the breath, also incorporating Yin asanas and Vinyasas to complete the daily practice. Flow-based Hatha yoga builds strength, endurance, and a strong focus. Modifications are offered if you are just getting started and any ability level is encouraged to join.

Intro to vinyasa/ Beginners Yoga ClassNew to practicing Yoga? This class is for you! During 60 minutes of gentle flow, we will introduce you to the fundamental postures that make up a yoga practice along with helpful tools, tips, and modifications to support you along the way. No tricky transitions! You can look forward to this class easing you into a beginner’s practice that you can then build from and strengthen at your own pace - taking away tidbits of information each time to help you better understand this form of self care at a deeper level. There will focus on breathing as well as tuning your awareness into your mind and body. We hope this class serves you as a stepping stone into a yoga practice that you can come back to for a lifetime!"
