Wellness CollaborationFree Spirit Yoga & Trapeze began as a yoga and trapeze studio in the heart of downtown Prosser, Washington, in October 2018. What was once a vintage antique shop has blossomed into a sanctuary for movement, community, and healing. Our studio provides an inviting, supportive atmosphere where everyone, regardless of skill level, can experience the freedom of movement.
By 2023, we transitioned into Free Spirit Wellness Collaboration, a shared space for wellness classes, workshops, and events hosted by various instructors. This shift, a response to pandemic challenges, allowed us to adapt and continue fulfilling our mission: helping students alleviate daily stress and heal through mindful, freeing movement. Now, as we approach 2025, the studio has evolved once again. We have returned to a regular class schedule while preparing to welcome back other instructors and host exciting events. It’s truly by the grace of God that we have been able to persevere and stay open through the trials of the past five years. As the owner, I want you to know that this studio exists to uplift your quality of life—physically, mentally, and spiritually. We are here to support you on your journey toward a balanced, joyful, and fulfilling life. New Scheduling PageClick below to be redirected/to sign up for a class!

Studio polices
1.
Please arrive for class 10 minutes early especially your first-time in. This gives you time to park, get signed in and settled for class. Generally, anyone coming ten minutes after class has started will not be permitted into the studio. For our student’s safety and experience we will start locking the door at the start of class. Class will start on time and late arrivals can be disruptive. If you are registered for class but do not attend, it is recommended that you cancel out of the class online or through the app.
|
2.
Please turn cell phones OFF or SILENT. A cell phone on vibrate can be as disruptive as a phone with the ringer on.
|
3.
Use the lockers located in the front of the studio for your personal belongings and shoes to keep the floor space clear and clean.
|
4.
If signed up through Wellness Living please provide at least a 4-hour cancellation notice but 24 hour is preferred. This allows more time for others on the wait list to be notified.
|
5.
No shows and late cancellations will incur a 20% fee after the second time in one week.
|
6.
We work hard to create a space to connect to one and another but also to body self awareness. If you have arrived early and are talking to your fellow practitioners, please do so in a low volume so that others can begin their practice peacefully. Please refrain from talking once class begins. Be courteous to the other students in the class as to not create distractions.
