We work hard to create a space to connect to one and another but also to body self awareness. If you have arrived early and are talking to your fellow practitioners, please do so in a low volume so that others can begin their practice peacefully. Please refrain from talking once class begins. Be courteous to the other students in the class as to not create distractions.
