Classes

It’s heeerrrreee! We’re back at with a {Soft Re-Opening} kicking off our [1ST CLASS NEXT WEEK 9/29]
We have been preparing our studio to welcome you back doing our best to create a safe and stress-free environment as much as possible. Our online classes will resume in the next few weeks!

Class sizes are limited to 7!
​You are required to sign up/pay in advance before attending - It is especially important at this time to be sure you arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to class starting so that  you can properly set up and allow the instructors to begin on time.

Trapeze

Trapeze yoga is a suspension yoga system that targets back pain, core strength, functional upper body mobility, and promotes balance. Increase your flexibility in this unique and fun class. 
This is not a mat yoga class.

Pilates Yoga Fusion

​ Pilates and Yoga are beautiful compliments to each other! This class provides an interesting blend of strengthening, lengthening movement, mindful breathing, and energizing renewal.

gentle yoga flow

​Gentle yoga classes are a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students. ​

Vinyasa FLow

 Vinyasa yoga centers on connecting breath to movement. Through a sequence of yoga poses, we combine flexibility and strength as we build your upper body, lower body and core.

Mellow Vinyasa/
​restorative

​The first half of class is devoted to moving slow, focusing on linking breath to movement and mind to body. The last half of class focuses on restorative poses supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks.

Pilates MAt 

Pilates is a whole body a method of exercise that consists of low-impact, flexibility-centered, strength and endurance building movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength development, and increased muscle balance.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga revolves around long physical
holds, mentally slowing down, breathing, and opening the body through passive stretching. This experience implements minimal poses and the use of props.

Power Flow


​Power flow centers on connecting breath to movement at a faster pace.  You will be encouraged to honor exactly where you are, while curious about your edge between enough and too much. Pace of practice will be conducive to developing self-awareness.
