Class sizes are limited to 7!
You are required to sign up/pay in advance before attending - It is especially important at this time to be sure you arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to class starting so that you can properly set up and allow the instructors to begin on time.

TrapezeTrapeze yoga is a suspension yoga system that targets back pain, core strength, functional upper body mobility, and promotes balance. Increase your flexibility in this unique and fun class.
This is not a mat yoga class. 60 minutes | beginner friendly Pilates Yoga Fusion Pilates and Yoga are beautiful compliments to each other! This class provides an interesting blend of strengthening, lengthening movement, mindful breathing, and energizing renewal.
60 minutes | beginner friendly gentle yoga flowGentle yoga classes are a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students.
60 minutes | beginner friendly Vinyasa FLow Vinyasa yoga centers on connecting breath to movement. Through a sequence of yoga poses, we combine flexibility and strength as we build your upper body, lower body and core.
