60 minutes | beginner friendly gentle yoga flowGentle yoga classes are a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students.
60 minutes | beginner friendly Vinyasa FLow Vinyasa yoga centers on connecting breath to movement. Through a sequence of yoga poses, we combine flexibility and strength as we build your upper body, lower body and core.

Balance FlowIntroducing Our Balance Flow Class! For the reasons balance is so essential to overall well-being—injury prevention, improved mobility, better posture, and more—we’ve created a class specifically focused on balance using our trapeze handles. In this unique class, the trapeze handles provide support while allowing you to build strength and confidence in your balance. This low-impact class targets key areas of your body, helping you improve stability and coordination in a safe and effective way. ✨ Perfect for those looking to build assisted strength and balance! ✨ Ideal for all levels, whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced yogi. Come experience how powerful balance training can be for your body and mind! 60 minutes | beginner friendly Flexibility Training ClassFlexibility Training class is targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches. Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work. The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, other forms of yoga or exercise.

You will be encouraged to honor exactly where you are, while curious about your edge between enough and too much. Pace of practice will be conducive to developing self-awareness. 60 minutes | beginner to intermediate Intro to vinyasa/ Beginners Yoga ClassNew to practicing Yoga? This class is for you! During 60 minutes of gentle flow, we will introduce you to the fundamental postures that make up a yoga practice along with helpful tools, tips, and modifications to support you along the way. No tricky transitions! You can look forward to this class easing you into a beginner’s practice that you can then build from and strengthen at your own pace - taking away tidbits of information each time to help you better understand this form of self care at a deeper level. There will focus on breathing as well as tuning your awareness into your mind and body. We hope this class serves you as a stepping stone into a yoga practice that you can come back to for a lifetime!"
